Installing with Visual C++
To install HTMLDOC with Visual C++, open the MSI file that is created by the Visual C++ solution file. That will populate the necessary registry entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTMLDOC\data- C:\installation\directory
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTMLDOC\doc- C:\installation\directory\doc
